This Royal LePage Survey was released on November 1st, 2021.
Royal LePage polled 950 Realtors across Canada. 79% of them recommended listing sooner rather than later. Citing low inventories and a continuing Seller’s market they encouraged potential Seller’s to act now.
Only 7% mentioned a downward shift in the market in 2022 as a reason to list sooner.
